Booking & Appointment Policies

Appointments are by online booking only

A booking fee is required to secure all appointments

Booking fees are non refundable and applied toward the service at the completion of the service only.

Appointments are confirmed only after the booking fee is received

 

Consultation Policy

A consultation is required for K-Tips, I-Tips & Tape-In services.

Unless your hair meets the requirements to book without a consultation.

Consultations are held by phone. In person consultations are scheduled only if deemed necessary during the consultation.

 

Hair Included & Extension Policies

Premium hair is included with select extension services.

Hair is included based on desired fullness, any unused hair is not for take home.

Included hair lengths start at 18” and go up to 24”. 

No outside hair is accepted unless approved otherwise

 

Late & No-Show Policy

A 10 minute grace period applies for late arrivals.

Late arrivals will be charged $25 late fee and may result in a shortened service or rescheduling based on avilability.

No shows forfeit their booking fee and will be charged according to the cancellation policy.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

All appointments require a non refundable booking fee.. 

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.

All booking fees are non-refundable and will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.

 

Service Adjustment Policy

All services are final.

Any concerns must be communicated before leaving the appointment

No refunds are issued for completed services. No Exceptions.

 

Guest & Child Policy

No additional guests unless being serviced or approved

Guests 12 and up are welcome to be serviced Only.

Children are not permitted unless they are receiving a service.

This protects your calm, private environment.

 

Payment Policy

• Accepted forms of payment are stated at booking

• Remaining balances are due at the time of service

• Prices are subject to change based on hair length, density, or condition
