Appointments & Consultations
Do I need a consultation?
All Extensions except for a sew-in and clip ins require a consultation
Do you offer consultations?
Yes. Phone consultations are $25 and last approximately 15 minutes.
Consultations are available for: All services & General hair questions
You will submit photos of your natural hair and we will discuss your hair goals. If necessary, an in person consultation will be scheduled during your phone consultation.
Is your salon appointment only?
Yes. All services are booked in advance to provide a calm, private, one-on-one experience without overlap or interruptions.

What extension services do you offer?

Do you offer silk presses or natural hair services?
Yes, we offer silk presses and our services are catered to natural hair.
Do you offer blonde or custom color services?
To maintain consistency and deliver the highest quality installs, the salon specializes in black and dark brown tones only.
Lightening and fashion color services are not offered at this time.
Can I get a short cut?
Short styles above the ear are not offered.
A trim is included with most services or may be selected as an add on.
Hair Preparation & Arrival
Do I need to shampoo before my appointment?
No. Hair must be fully detangled, If detangling is required, services begin at $25.
If time does not allow for last minute added detangling, the appointment may be rescheduled.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Hair must be fully detangled and free of braids, twists or previous style unless a removal was added on.
Booking Accuracy & Add-Ons
What happens if I book the wrong service?
Booking the correct service, length, and add ons is essential to ensure enough time is reserved.
If the incorrect service is selected, your appointment may be adjusted, rescheduled, or canceled if time does not permit.
Hair & Extension Policies
Is hair included?
Premium Raw 100% Human Hair is included with select services.
Lengths available: 18 inches to 24 inches. All other lengths or textures must be preordered.
Texture provided: Natural Indian Wavy.
Closures, frontals, and curly textures are not provided.
Do you accept outside hair?
Outside hair is now accepted with sew-in services and select k-tip services but must be approved prior to booking.
Pricing, Length & Density
Does curl type affect pricing? No. Curl type does not affect pricing.
Is there an extra charge for longer or thicker hair?
Extra long or high density natural hair may incur an additional charge starting at $25 to accommodate extended service time.
Sew-In Specific Questions
How much hair do I need?
A full sew-in typically requires 3 bundles.
For lengths over 24 inches, 3.5 to 4 bundles are recommended to ensure fullness.
What length should I choose?
18 inches to 20 inches is the most common length, typically falling near mid-shoulder. Longer lengths require additional bundles for fullness.

Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
What forms of payment do you accept?
Major credit cards and cash are accepted.
Installments are accepted for services totaling over $500.
What is your cancellation policy?
Booking fees are non refundable.
Cancellations will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
Do you offer refunds?
All services are final. Any concerns must be communicated before leaving your appointment so adjustments can be addressed immediately.
