Standard lengths generally range from 18 to 24 inches. Specialty lengths, textures, densities, and colors may require a custom order and additional lead time.

Available textures depend on the extension method and package selected. Curly textures and other specialty textures may be available through preorder.

Texture availability, curl pattern, color, length, and density will be confirmed during your consultation or before your appointment is approved.

A full sew-in typically requires three bundles.

For lengths over 24 inches, approximately three and a half to four bundles may be recommended for fullness.

Major credit and debit cards are accepted. Cash may also be accepted for eligible in-salon balances.

Flexible payment options (Affirm and Klarna) may be available at checkout for eligible services and clients and must be approved before appointment is scheduled.

Booking fees are nonrefundable and are applied toward the scheduled service total.

One reschedule may be permitted according to the booking policy. Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, and no-shows may result in the loss of the booking fee and additional charges.
