Appointments & Consultations
Consultations: A 15 minute phone consultation about the service of your choice for K-tips, I-Tips, Tape-Ins, Sew-In or general hair questions. During booking you’ll complete a questionnaire to help me learn more about your desires. Submitting pictures of your hair in different angles without extensions is required. The more images you submit, the more it is helpful to decide the best options for you.
At times, an in person consultation is necessary, if it is deemed necessary, it will be determined and booked at the phone consultation.
Please Note: K-Tips and I-Tips booking fee’s are deducted from your service total at the completion of the service.

Do I need to book a consultation?
A consultation is required for all I-Tip installation's.
K-Tip installations also require a consultation, however clients with healthy hair may be eligible to book without one.

K Tips and I Tip Consultation fees are deducted from the service total.

Appointments are booked in advance for a calm on on one experience without overlap or interruptions

Where are you located?
3500 Virginia Beach boulevard, Virginia 23452 Ste.306
Our salon is located inside of Little Neck Towers.
Little Neck Towers is located in between Starbucks and Human Services.
Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
What forms of payment do you accept?
Major credit cards and cash is accepted. Any remaining balance is due at the time of service.
What is your cancellation policy?
Booking fees are non refundable, cancellations will results in forfeit of the booking fee and may affect future booking eligibility.

Do you offer Refunds?
All services are final. Any concerns must be communicated before leaving the appointment so adjustments to be addressed immediately.
Services Offered
What extension services do you offer?
Sew-Ins, K-Tips, I-Tips, Tape-Ins.
Do you offer silk presses or natural hair services?
Silk presses, smoothing treatment and shampoo and blow dry services are offered.
Can I get a short cut?
Short styles (above the ear) are not offered.
A cut/trim is included with most services or listed as an add on feature.
Hair Preparation & Arrival
Do I need to shampoo my hair before I come?
No, you don’t need to arrive shampooed & blown dry.
Please arrive completely detangled.
If your hair is not free of knots and braids then detangling services start at $25 and same day cancellations or rescheduling will occur if this service is not added.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Hair should arrive clean, detangled, and free of oils or heavy products or the Detangling fee begins at $25 and are subject to rescheduling if the add-on was not included and time doesn’t permit the change.
Booking Accuracy & Add-Ons
What happens if I book the wrong service or add-ons?
Booking the correct service, length, and density is important to ensure adequate time is reserved. If the incorrect service or add ons are selected, the appointment may be adjusted, rescheduled, or canceled if time does not allow.
Hair Included & Extension Policies
Is Hair Included into the service?
Premium Raw 100% Human Hair extensions are included for select styles. Offering 18”-24” extensions.
Do You accept outside hair?
To provide the best results, Outside hair is no longer accepted unless approved prior to booking.
What type of hair is included in services?
Premium Raw 100% Human Indian Hair extensions are included for select styles that include hair. The lengths offered being at 18” and end at 24”
The hair provided is Indian wavy texture. This texture closely resembles most natural hair types for the best blending affect.
Curly hair extensions, closure and frontals are not provided
Pricing, Length & Density
Will I be charged extra for my curl type?
Curl type does not affect pricing.
Extra long or thicker hair are subject to
an additional charge starting at $25 to accommodate scheduling.
Sew-In Specific Questions
How much hair do I need for a sew-in?
You will need at least 3 bundles of hair extensions for a full look.
For styles longer than 24” you may need 3.5 - 4 bundles of hair.
Im getting a sew-in what length of hair do I need?
18” & 20” is the most common length of extensions most clients use.
This falls slightly at your mid shoulder.
Lengths 24” & longer require 4 bundles of hair to ensure your hair looks full.
