  • Use only the amount provided by Skyla. Selecting an amount does not allow you to choose a different service or appointment time.
  • Your payment is applied toward your appointment. The amount paid will be credited toward the corresponding service.
  • Reservation payments are non-refundable. All reservations remain subject to the salon’s cancellation and rescheduling policies.
  • A phone conversation does not guarantee an appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only after payment and confirmation is received.
  • Appointment times are not held indefinitely. Until payment is received, the availability may remain available to another client.
