  2. Your hair does not have significant thinning, damage or problem areas
  3. Your hair is considered healthy

Healthy hair does not have damage or require extensive treatment to revive the hair to a healthy state.

Your hair and scalp does not have trouble spots (areas of breakage, bald spots, thinning, falling out). 

Your hair length should be touching your shoulders or just slightly above.
