Refund Policy
- No Refunds on Hair Services: All hair services are non-refundable. If you have any questions or concerns, please speak with your stylist before leaving the salon on the day of your appointment.
- Hair Purchases: All hair extension purchases are final sale due to the nature of the products and federal health regulations. No returns or refunds will be issued. If you believe you have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately.
Exchanges are not permitted if the item shows any signs of being worn. Please do not brush, wash, comb, cut, or remove hair from its bundle prior to inspection.

- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
- Late Arrivals: A $25 late fee will apply if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment.
- Non-Refundable Deposits/Booking Fees: A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit/booking fee is required to book your appointment. This fee will be deducted from your total service cost upon completion of the service.
