Preparing for Your Salon Visit

We strive to do the best for our clients and we want you to be equipped with knowledge that will help you be prepared for your appointment.

 

A Few Things You Should Know:

 

How do I prepare for a Hair Service? 

Silk Press & Blow-Dry:

Your hair should be Free of braids, Plats, Twists and Combed through.
Your hair Does Not Have to be shampoo'd or blown dry prior to service.
However, if your hair requires any detangling:
Detangling Services: Begin at $25 and price increases depending on how long detangling requires.

 

If you've never had a silk press service OR it's been approximately a year since you've received a silk press service then you will need the following Included into your service:
-  Protein Treatment 
- Hydration Treatment
- Trim   

This will help get the Best Results & is usually packaged into a 'Signature Silk Press Service'

 

Extension Services:

Sew-in Extensions: 

You will need 3 bundles of weft hair for a sew-in service.

If your hair  extensions/bundles is longer than 22':
You will need 4 bundles of hair.

When purchasing bundles of hair for the service, I would NOT RECOMMEND beauty supply store or Amazon hair.

Amazon hair is not 100% guaranteed human hair, so using Amazon or Beauty Supply store hair will affect the overall look and outcome of your service. 

 

  

My personal hair vendors provide high quality, 100% Human Hair and who will ship directly to you or you can choose for the hair to be sent to the salon and it will be ready for your salon visit!


I do not always have Hair (extensions) available on hand/in salon, so you will need to pre-order hair for your service.

+ Adding Color to your Sew-in Service:

Adding color to your sew-in service requires a lot of variables.

The most important is your hair! 

You will need to schedule a hair consultation

(for the hair growing from your scalp) prior to any color service.

At that consultation:
We will discuss your hair desired hair color
The color of the bundles & extensions
Service prices
+ order options the hair you'll need for the service.

Consultations and Color services are RARELY available on the same day.

     

    K-Tips, I-Tips & Tape-ins

     All extensions require a consultation.

    At the consultation, we will discuss what the extensions require

    & We will also make a non refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

    Appointments for K&I-Tip services are normally scheduled 7-14 following the consultation.

     

     

    Need To Change Your Appointment?

    If you need to Reschedule or Cancel your appointment:

    - Please Only Use your Confirmation email

     

    Canceling:

    - Please Cancel No later than 24 hours before your appointment time or the confirmation email will not allow you to cancel.
    You will not receive a booking fee/deposit return if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. You will need to make a new appointment

     

    Response to message requests via DM, text, voicemail or phone are only during

    Working Hours:

    Monday - Saturday 9AM to 5PM 

     

    What Payments Are Accepted?

    Cash & Credit Card Only.

    No Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay etc. are Accepted.

     

    Guests & Children:

    Only children being serviced are able to accompany guests at appointments

    All guests 12 years and older are welcome to be serviced!

    Please no additional guests to service.
